On Tuesday night, Anoa Changa hosted The Benjamin Dixon Show! She started the show by addressing the terror attacks in Brussels, Belgium, which dominated headlines on Tuesday and shook the international community.
Anoa then switched gears to cover the Democratic primary contests that were taking place in Idaho, Utah, and Arizona. Joining her for the coverage were Necie Mosely and Stacey Hopkins. They spoke about the voting activities both seen and heard, as well as local reports that trickled in.
The three also discussed local grassroots activism, what it takes, and what it’s all about. As soon as the phone lines opened viewers called in to contribute to the conversation.
Due to the time difference and overwhelmed polling locations, the election results had still not come in by the time the two-hour show came to a close at 11 pm. Worry not, though, as Benjamin Dixon will host Wednesday and is certain to cover the outcomes!
One final note: During Tuesday’s show, Anoa mentioned a brand-new website that recently launched, where all who are interested can find information on “Sanders Democrats” running on all levels of government throughout the United States. That site is SandersDemocrats.org, a project contributed to by Progressive Army member Solomon Russell.
